Bogan Gift Co actively supports fundraising activities events each year. With the popularity of our products, we can quickly exhaust our charitable donations allocation.

Due to the large number of requests that we receive, all requests for donations must provide the following information within an official letter from your organisation.

- Organisation details including name of organisation, address, email, phone number, organisation website and social media accounts;
- Organisation ABN and your charitable status (if registered);
- Name of primary contact and their email address and phone number;
- Brief description of the organisation;
- Summary of specific event donation applies to, including date, location, expected number of participants/attendees, other sponsors, benefits of donation, how the donation will be used, the product/s requested, the quantity of product/s requested (we do not provide cash donations, only merchandise);
- How our brand will be promoted (advertised) at the event, on your website, social media etc and when - (leading up to/during/after) any other opportunities for us to promote our brand;
- When the donation is required.

Please ensure that your request addresses each of these points in detail.
